Pues la verdad que está todo genial ,tanto la habitación que es muy grande sobre todo la cama , Está muy cerca del centro que está a 10 minutos en autobús hasta la Alhambra y andado unos 20 minutos a la gran vía . El desayuno es muy amplio tienen de todo ,para nosotros de momento es el que más cosas tienen para desayunar de los hoteles que hemos estado . Es muy tranquilo no sé escucha nada en la habitación, la televisión es grande . Si vamos otra vez a Granada sin duda volvemos a este hotel ... Lo único que la piscina la estaban arreglando y no pudimos bañarnos pero bueno tampoco nos disgusto porque fuimos a hacer turismo y casi no estábamos en el hotel .. Están muy pendientes de que no falte de nada en el desayuno ,todo el rato reponiendo y limpiando . La limpieza un 10 ,el trato con el cliente un 10 ,habitaciones un 10 ,servicio un 10 No suelo valorar los hoteles pero en este caso lo Merece por lo bien que está ...

The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

We liked the renovated room, cleanliness, the parking is a problem sometimes. Front desk very helpful. We had to pay for the parking because it was full!

El hotel es acogedor y bonito. La habitación está muy bien para dos personas y muy limpia. El personal del hotel es muy amable, puedes aparcar en su parking o alrededor del hotel, hay bastante zona blanca y si das un par de vueltas puedes dejar el coche. La ubicación es muy buena,a unos 15 minutos del centro andando y si no puedes ir en autobús. Para ir hasta el centro una calle más para allá del hotel (a unos 5 minutos) tienes la parada del autobús (la línea 8 te deja en el centro) y para volver el mismo autobús para en la puerta del hotel. Al rededor del hotel también hay varios bares y ocio por si algún día no quieres irte fuera. En general el hotel está muy bien,lo recomiendo para alojarte en Granada!

Ha sido increíble , es verdad que hemos estado solo un día . Pero se nos ofrecía todo , súper limpio las habitaciones , cuarto de baños el hotel en si estaba muy limpio . Deseando volver

Bien en general. Desayuno excelente pero muy caro. Habitación grande pero las dos camas individuales tenían ruedas y no se estaban quietas. Un gran fallo.
